Recently our club members (Carlsbad Community Lions Club), along with some help from the Carlsbad Downtown Lions Club members participated in The Hand Project - assembling prosthetic hand kits that will help restore independence, confidence, and opportunity for individuals around the world.

98th Annual NM/AZ Lions State Convention A Success!
What a weekend! Thank you to everyone who joined us in Carlsbad for the 98th Annual NM/AZ Lions State Convention. From the fellowship to the service, it was a resounding success! 🦁 It was a privilege to host such a dedicated group, and it’s fair to say a wonderful time was had by all!

What a busy month March has been and April is looking very similar at the moment. We had a very good Q3 Cabinet meeting in Moriarty and a successful service project. This project was a bit different, we combined a couple of aspects of Community together by meeting people at the door of a local restaurant and giving them tickets for their drinks. Our District is now showing a growth of 27 members giving us a 3.2% increase. There is still time to meet our District targets and finish out the year on a strong note.


FEEL THE THRILL OF THE DRAW!!
Yes, it is that time again. With the help of D40 LIONS, your New Mexico Lions Eye
Foundation was able to support two cataract surgeries before the end of 2025….and there
are 2 more applications in the works. Lions, the Foundation still needs your assistance. It
takes funds to fulfill the dreams of those who need help. As of January 26th, there are 933
Lion Members in our District. Which one of You wants to step up and be the first to buy?
