This August, come to the Service Carnival—a lively community gathering dedicated to connecting residents with local service clubs and nonprofit groups in a festive, family‑friendly setting.


The event takes place on the at the Carlsbad Public Library and outside at the park, turning both into a hub of discovery, conversation, and community spirit. Representatives from Carlsbad service clubs—including Cub Scouts, Lions International, Friends of the Library, and others—will host booths and share information about their causes and volunteer opportunities.


SATURDAY, AUGUST 16

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Carlsbad Public Library

Attendees can look forward to:

  • 🧩 Interactive booths and info sessions with local clubs

  • 🎨 Crafts and kid‑friendly activities
