JOY JUNCTION AND CHRISTMAS DINNER FOR THE HUNGRY

Joy Junction had its annual Christmas Dinner for the Hungry on December 19, 2025. It was held at the downtown Convention Center in Albuquerque, NM. The Lions Club Members were invited to serve as greeters at the entrance. There were 113 volunteers to serve the guests in the dining hall. There were 587 guests in attendance, along with 32 dogs. The guests enjoyed a ham dinner with apple pie for dessert, and there were dog treats for the pets. Coffee, tea, and water were served as beverages. Warm clothing was available for everyone. Toys for the children were also available for Christmas gifts. Santa and his helper had fun with the parents and children.
