Under the leadership of District Governor Frankie Davis, this dedicated team is ready to serve with heart, purpose, and a shared vision for stronger communities across District 40.
From seasoned Lions to fresh new voices, our Cabinet is a dynamic blend of experience and energy. Each Region and Zone Chair is committed to supporting clubs, building leadership, and promoting service throughout the district. Together, we will continue to empower local clubs, grow membership, and make a lasting impact through the Lions’ global mission of service.
