Ruidoso Evening Lions Club Celebration

Tuesday, June 9, we had a celebration!

In honor of Lions International's 109th birthday, we celebrated the legacy of Lion Roy Dow of Carrizozo, New Mexico. Lion Roy was a dedicated Lion and business owner in Carrizozo for many years. His niece, Connie, presented us with Roy's Lions vest. We plan to display the vest in a shadow box as part of our own historical Lions exhibit.

We also officially inducted Lions Corina and Johnny Amador, who provide food services for many of our events.
