SANDIA LIONS HAVE BRAGGING RIGHTS, BUT HERE IS HOW YOUR CLUB CAN SPONSOR A SCHOOL, UNLEASH CREATIVITY AND ENCOURAGE THE STUDENTS TO PROMOTE PEACE
AT HOME, THE SCHOOL AND THE WORLD.
PEACE POSTER CONTEST 2026-27
THE THEME IS “Harmony in Humanity”
If your club wants to get involved, one needs to find a school willing to include the contest in their curriculum, and a teacher willing to work with the students. Once the teacher has the kit instructions and has any questions answered, your club can sit back and wait until the posters meet the deadline for judging set by your club, artists in your area or whoever you decide!
Kits went on sale beginning January 15th with the deadline to purchase kits being October 1, 2026. Deadlines for Club and District judging are included in the separate club information. Rules for the posters are clear and must be followed to be eligible to represent New Mexico Lions on the International Level.
