Farmington Evening Lions Club – Eyeglass Counting on April 18, 2026

Our community is very generous to donate their used eyeglasses.  This is the second

counting we have done this year alone. 

We counted 1387 prescription glasses and 292 Readers and Sunglasses and have cases for almost all of the prescription glasses.  Our club had 10 Club members who came out to support us and/or count glasses. 

We would like to recognize Lions Roy and Linda Fourr for welcoming us into their home and giving us a place to count the glasses every time we gather for this service project.

Each pair of glasses is stacked in boxes carefully to avoid damage during transport.
